Because our products are custom made-to-order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for buyer’s remorse or incorrect size selection. Please review our Size Guide before purchasing.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items (30-Day Window) If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, you are entitled to a free replacement or a full refund.

Return shipping cost: There is no cost to you. You do not need to ship damaged items back.
- Restocking fee: There is no restocking fee ($0.00).
Refund Processing Time Once approved, refunds are processed immediately to your original payment method. Please allow 3 to 5 business days for your bank or credit card provider to post the funds.
Cancellations Orders enter automated production shortly after being placed. Cancellations must be requested within 2 hours of order placement.
International Orders & Customs International orders are subject to local customs duties, VAT, or import taxes assessed by destination authorities, which are the responsibility of the customer. We cannot accept returns on international orders.
