Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your purchase! Since each item is custom-made, we encourage you to double-check your order details before completing your purchase.

Eligible Returns/Refunds:

  • Damaged or Defective Items: If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We’ll send a replacement or issue a refund.
  • Incorrect Orders: If you received the wrong item, size, or design, we’ll correct the mistake at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items:

  • Items ordered in the wrong size due to customer error. Please refer to the Size Guide before placing your order.
  • Items marked as final sale.

Refunds:

  • Refunds are only issued for items that are damaged, defective, or incorrect.
  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

International Orders:

We cannot accept returns or offer refunds for international orders. If there’s an issue, contact your local post office to resolve any shipping concerns.

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, VAT, or other import taxes, depending on the destination country. These charges are assessed by local customs authorities and are the responsibility of the customer.

Unfortunately, we cannot predict or cover these fees, as they vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office to understand what charges may apply before placing your order.

Important Note:

We’re unable to process returns or exchanges unless you provide tracking information. Refunds and replacements are only available for items we receive.
